This SOP outlines the steps for using the Lead Submission Form to ensure accurate data collection and processing.

  • Navigate to the 'Sites' section in the system.
  • Click on 'Forms'.
  • Locate the 'Lead Submission Form' from the list.

 

2. Filling Out the Lead Submission Form 1:36

  • Ensure all required fields (marked with an asterisk) are filled out:
    • Lead Source (e.g., Call, SMS, PPC)
    • Campaign Name (e.g., Cold Call Leads)
    • Contact Type (Lead, Contractor, Vendor)
    • First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Street Address, City, State, County, and Parcel ID.
  • Optional fields include:
    • Temperature
    • Preferred Next Contact
    • Notes
    • SMS Conversation (if applicable)

Cautionary Notes
